Lead CGI Artist

Position Description:

We are looking for a talented Lead Generalist to join our client’s internal CGI Boutique.

You will be responsible for delivering highest quality configurable imagery to the client’s customers with passion and an eye for detail and photorealism.

As Lead Artist you are a role model and set standards in attitude, team spirit and content production by being an example.  A strong artistic portfolio is needed and candidates must be with strong, focused communicators with proven track record of applying logic and analytical thinking.

You must be able to deliver consistent quality in a highly demanding environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proven knowledge in Maya and Nuke;
  • Expert knowledge of MEL/Python/TCL;
  • Strong CG Generalist background.

Experience Required:

CG Generalist background. 

Experience Preferred:

  • Working knowledge in game engine driven pipelines C++;
  • Previous hands-on pipeline creation experience;
  • Experience with Django/HTML/Java/CSS SQL DB experience;
  • Knowledge of end client’s product portfolio;
  • Demonstrated will and ability to improve and optimise production workflows;
  • Relevant animation/rigging experience;
  • Colour theory concept understanding. 

Additional Information:

The end client has carried out an assessment of this role which falls INSIDE IR35.
